Composition IV

Composition LV is a mix of swirling color and a soaring line. 

The painting divided strongly down the centre line. On the left hand side violent motion is expressed by sharp, jagged tangled lines. on the right hand side are calm emotions using. sweeping forms and color harmonies.

The dividing lines are really two swords held by red-hat led cossacks. Next to them a third white- bearded cossack leans against the purple sword. they stand before a blue mountain with a castle on top.

In the lower life two boats are depicted and a rainbow. In the lower right two people lie on  a hill when two parties are watching them

When Pigasso met Mootice

Mootice dress the way he paints. He likes to paint like a wild  beast with bold colors. Many say that he paints like he is painting colour by numbers. Pigasso is like Mootice he like to dress the way he paints but he does not paint like Mootice. He likes to paint like a two year old he also uses colors that look like mud because he is a pig and he likes to play in mud 

Kandinsky

Abstract artists broke the way of the normal idea of art. They were rebels. They change how people compared or judged art.Artist now began to care about the process of art. They soon experimented with ways of how abstract painting used paint, canvas and tools and they paid close attention to the texture, colour and shape.Abstract painting contains very different shapes, of colour and designs that are not similar to real objects. When people look at abstract paintings then would haveno idea or could not understand what they are seeing.Experiencing colour and shapes feels like opening up and let in energy. Allow yourself to experience abstract art.

All about Wassily Kandinsky

Wassily Kandinsky was born on December 16 1866 in Moscow Russia. His mum was a homemaker and his dad was a tea merchant.
From an early age Wassily exhibited a gift called synaethesia cognate. This gift  gives him the ability to hear colour and see sound.
Kandinsky studied Economics and law at the university of Moscow. At the age of 27 he was a professor. 3 years later he moved to Munich, Germany and studied art. He initially was interested in creating sketches of human bodies

Hi This is a move that I made at school. I made the song with some thing caled GarageBand. Then I put it onto I the caled Imovie HD. Next I put it on my blog for you all to see.

Going swimming

Nothing excites us more than swimming time! On Wednesday Room 13 went swimming.I loved swimming I do not know why but I just liked it.

We had to walk from school to the pools. Miss King shouted loudly  “stay together” because we were running around. So then we formed a line and walked to the pool

Splash! When Moses was ready he hopped into the pool. Ben the instructor showed us how to hop into the pool safely. “Chin on your chest and swim to the island and back” said  Ben.

“Now make a rocket with your arms and kick off the wall” Ben said. So slowly I went trying to hold my breath. “I made it made it” I said  when I got to the island.Frank went next and he looked like he was a fish.


But sadly we had to hop out of the pool because it was the next classes turn . “Out you go now” said the talented instructor Ben.

We walked from our school

Carefully I painted my background on cardboard.

Folding tissues to make a petal was really hard because you have to think about the shape really hard and make it.  

Petal are easy to glue on to cardboard.

As we were dipping the paintbrush into the cup of water it mad colorful colours.
